Description

Financial advisory services to the Hellenic Rpeublic Asset Development Fund for the exploitation of the marina of Rhodes through the conclusion of a concession agreement of the Right to use, operate, manage and exploit the movable and/or fixed assets within the upland area and/or the sea area of Rhodes Marina.

The provided services are devided into three phases:

The Preparatory Period involves the review of any available operational, organizational and financial data related to the marina. During that phase various strategic scenarios will be also executed so that the most feasible privatization options will be structured.

Following the review phase, the Transaction Preparation will take place. This includes, among others, estimation of the value of the assets, recommendation of the transaction structure, potential investors identification and mapping and support with Tender documents.
The Implementation Phase involves all necessary actions to support HRADF in the execution of the transactions. In specifically, it involves lead of the EoI, operation of the data room, support  in the different versioning of the RfP and CA and assessment of the binding bids. In case of any identified CPs, the transaction will close with the CPs monitoring.
