Description

The purpose of the project was to define a new commercial policy regarding the management of the distribution channels of a large telecommunications company. The project included three stages:

  1. Creation of a model that included revenue-commission analysis per store and per franchisee based on historical performance and budget and which took as parameters the components of the commercial policy
  2. Selection of the new commercial policy based on economic criteria and alignment with company strategy
  3. Development of communication policy per licensor
