Description
The purpose of the project was to define a new commercial policy regarding the management of the distribution channels of a large telecommunications company. The project included three stages:
- Creation of a model that included revenue-commission analysis per store and per franchisee based on historical performance and budget and which took as parameters the components of the commercial policy
- Selection of the new commercial policy based on economic criteria and alignment with company strategy
- Development of communication policy per licensor
