Towards the direction of aligning with the EU Target Model, ADMHE wished to transform its operational and organizational model. In this context Kantor assisted ADMHE by proposing a new organizational structure that would accommodate ADMHE’s current business and operational needs, while at the same time it would help it to approach the European best practices and become compliant with the directions set by the EU Target Model for Electricity.

In the aforementioned context Kantor undertook a series of service activities, which among others, included:
• Analysis of the As-Is operational model and existing organizational structure of ADMHE
• Benchmarking and comparative assessment against European ENTSO-E TSOs  and international practices
• Operational restructuring proposal and new organizational structure
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of the proposed model and expected benefits
• Implementation and action plan for the alignment with the proposed model in the areas of System and Market Operations, Asset Management, External Relations, Engineering and Construction
