Description

The purpose of this proposal is to create a suitable and efficient system of Management Ιnformation and Decision Support (Management Information and Decision-making Support System - MIDSS) based (fed and interacting by providing feedback) on all business actors, aligning the organization and functions with the strategic objectives and collecting and evaluating information from the market in order to redefine the strategy and actions of management.

The specialized support services the Contractor will be expected to provide are analyzed in the following thematic actions:
• Presentation of the current situation
• Agreement on the strategic objectives, areas and monitoring parameters
• System Configuration indicators per business area
• Certification of having data for indicator development
• Development of Decision Making Support Model (in excel), reflecting all parts of the company's value chain
• Completion of MIDSS system and production of the first management report
