Description

The Project’s objective is to provide technical assistance in actions of the Contracting Authority, more specifically:

  • Extension of the information system which was developed during the initial contract
  • Provision of a pool of experts (experts, administrators and secretaries)

Services provided:

Development of functionalities which allow the forecasting of evolution of sub-projects  taking into account the current stage of implementation and the developments of award procedures as well as the estimated implementation milestones according to the tender and contract.

  • Configuring the forecast evolution of costs per sub project
  • Advanced reporting
  • Project monitoring and helpdesk
  • Ad hoc reports and expertise
  • Improvements of the information system and users support
