The aim of the project was the organization and operation of a Program Management Office, which would support the implementation of the Restructuring Program of HSI, so the company to return to positive economic effects making it sustainable and improving the value of the asset of ABG. The analytical model on which the restructuring was based was updated under new operational data resulting from the decisions of the Administration to implement the Program. Kantor also established the detailed action plan for the implementation of the restructuring program and identified the promoters/responsible persons for each area.
