Lamprini Karastamati works as Junior Analyst at Kantor Management Consultants for the Ministry of Migration and Asylum. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences. Further enriching her knowledge, she pursued a Master’s in Science, Technology, and Society at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. During her academic journey, her great interest in making a difference led Lamprini to intern at the Humanitarian Organization “Médecins du Monde”. Before joining Kantor Management Consultants, Lamprini was working as a Sales Representative where she developed strong communication and interpersonal skills while gaining insights into customer behavior and market dynamics. She also honed her marketing skills while working at a jewelry store, where she managed social media advertising campaigns, demonstrating her creativity and strategic thinking. Both her academic background, as well as her professional one, make sure she can bring a multidisciplinary approach to her work.
