Elina Blazevi holds a degree in Sociology from the University of Crete, with a focus on Labor Sociology through specialized seminars. Following a year of experience at an accounting firm—where she gained hands-on knowledge in records management and administrative processes—she pursued a Master’s degree in Service Management with a specialization in Management Consulting at the Athens University of Economics and Business. During her postgraduate studies, she developed a strong interest in startups and conducted research on the structural factors that contribute to successful scale-up strategies. She completed her degree in February 2025 and joined Kantor in March, holding the position of Programme Deputy Supervisor. Her academic background, combined with practical experience and a keen interest in innovation and growth, allows her to approach projects with both analytical insight and operational precision.
