Review of the Functional Review of the Ministry of Infrastructure (MINIFRA) Energy Division

The overall objective of this contract was to strengthen the institutional capacities of MININFRA in the short, medium and long term in order for the ministry to full-fill its mandate as described under the energy sector's policy and strategy framework.
The purpose of this contract was to fully develop the analysis of the Functional Review of the Energy Division, and critically review the first draft implementation plan prepared by MININFRA  from the Functional Review  and to translate the analysis and critical review  into  fully implementable, prioritized and costed short term and long term action plans.
The main results of the project included;
• The finalization of the unaccomplished work of the Functional Review of the Energy Division.
• The development of short-term (1-year) implementation plan, on the basis of the Functional Review,  fully implementable, prioritized and costed
• The development of a  long-term implementation plan,  fully implementable, prioritized and costed.
