EZA is a successful middle size Greek brewery, producing certain types of beer in its company-owned factory in Atalanti, Central Greece. EZA wishes to investigate the possibility of entering the market of gas/sparkling water. The Company’s intention is to first enter the Greek Market and, at a second step, to establish itself in foreign markets. Our proposed approach consists of six work packages of the analysis stage:

5) Power of suppliers and legislative barriers
